Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://aanddautospa.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Service Description. This Site describes Paint Correction, Interior Detailing, Exterior Detailing, Ceramic Coating Installer, Headlight Restoration, Mobile Car Wash provided by A&D Auto Spa. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to A&D Auto Spa and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
End of Use. A&D Auto Spa may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
As-Is Basis. https://aanddautospa.com is provided on an "as is" basis. A&D Auto Spa makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Cap on Damages. Liability of A&D Auto Spa arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify A&D Auto Spa against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under TX law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in TX for any related dispute.
Term Changes. A&D Auto Spa may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
